member number or name and we'll email it to you! If you forgot your login,

What
are the membership benefits?
Your Club's benefits are dependent upon the Club membership selected.

do I renew my membership?
Your membership is automatically renewed annually. Please contact customer
service at cs@travelrewardsclub.com to
cancel your membership.
Benefits How
do I receive my benefits?
Your welcome package will be sent to you within 7 to 10 days after
you have become a member. This material will clearly describe how you
will be able to take maximum advantage of all your new travel benefits.
If you did not receive your membership package within this time frame,
please either call us at 800-285-8900 or email us at cs@travelrewardsclub.com

Accident Protection Plan What
is my effective date of benefits?
Your plan effective date will be the same day as your new club memebrship
becomes active.
How
long is my plan effective?
For as long as your membership is active. Upon your renewal, you
will receive a membership kit with your activation and expiration
date with your membership information.
What
is the benefit amount?
If you selected a package which includes the Travel Protection Plan,
you are covered anytime you travel throughout the year! Please
see your Evidence of Benefits for specific benefit amounts, as well
as complete terms, conditions, and exclusions of your Plan.
May
I request benefits for other family members and/or significant others?
Yes, you may provide a club membership for other family members or
friends. Simply select the type of membership you would like
to provide and enroll them under your membership. If you need
assistance, please contact Customer Service at 800-285-8900 or cs@travelrewardsclub.com.
How
do I make beneficiary selections?
Your beneficiary is your estate unless specified otherwise in writing.
If you wish to designate a beneficiary other than your estate, please
contact Customer Service at 800.285.8900 or cs@travelrewardsclub.com.
You will be mailed a beneficiary form to complete and return. Please
keep a copy for your records. Your beneficiary information
is a very personal and confidential matter and will not be printed
on your Evidence of Benefits or other membership materials.
